  • Refund Policy

    The first step to take if you have any problems with your order would be to contact us direct by any of the following methods;

    On average, fresh flowers should last between 3 and 5 days. Should the fresh flowers perish within three (3) days of the date of delivery and we are satisfied that all care instructions provided have been flowered, My Flower Diaries will be happy to resend new set of flowers. My Flower Diaries reserves the right to request for photos and any other form of information which will assist in the investigation of the matter and any issues must be communicated within three (3) days of the date of delivery of the item.

    To assist us in quality control, it is our policy to collect the original flowers. Regretfully, we cannot arrange a resend of fresh flowers to you if the original flowers are disposed of or images are unavailable.

    If the recipient receives damaged or sub-standard flowers, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange one of the following:

    * a re-send on the next available delivery date; or
    * a full or partial refund (% refund depends on the specific circumstances of the issue).

    Typically we will not offer both a refund and a resend. Where flowers have been damaged we will normally ask for them to be returned or for photographs clearly showing the problem so we can use them to determine what is going wrong with our system, and to claim compensation if possible from our courier (as appropriate). It is important that we are contacted as soon as possible regarding issues. We will, at our discretion consider issues raised after the 3 day deadline but reserve the right to refuse the options of refunding or resending the order.

    In the event that a small item, such as a balloon or vase, should arrive damaged or be missing, we shall be unable to resend that item but would be happy to refund its value.

    It is important to note that this guarantee does not confer the right to an automatic 100% refund, but only to a fair resolution.

    Time frame - If a refund or redelivery has been approved, this will be done at our earliest convenience. Usually within 24-48 hours.

    Refund Method - Refunds will only be made in the original payment method.

  • Outside Our Delivery Radius?

    No Worries !!!

    We are now committed to ensuring that we're able to provide our arrangements and services to as many of our supporters as possible. Hence, any orders outside our 30km delivery radius, fret not !!! We are able to ship them to you for a cool price of $25. Simple as that.

    Things to note:

    1. For now, we are only shipping our dried bouquets, flowers frames, novelty items and DRIED POTTED ARRANGEMENTS UNDER 40CM in height. This is to ensure that the cushioning in the packaging does not affect the flower in any way. The height of each and every item is stated clearly in the description of each item.





    2. While you will not see an option for shipping after choosing your item, just fill in the delivery details and the system will pick up on distance, then it'll automatically note that you are opting for shipping.



    3. Items above 40cm in height, you will still be able to checkout and pay. We are unable to send out these items and will unfortunately have to refund you the money.



    4. Flower domes and fresh flowers will also not be shippable as we do not seal off the domes as the glue will affect the overall aesthetic. I am also very confident that there are many talented florist that are able to fulfill your fresh flower needs within a closer vicinity of your area.

    5. Due to Bio-hazard reasons, we will not be able to send our flowers to WA & TAS. While we love you guys so much, the rules are the rules for a reason.
